1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between ck44 log ("Platform", "we", "our") and every person who uses this website or its related services ("User", "you"). By accessing the ck44 log platform or using any of its services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are intended for users in Bangladesh and are to be interpreted in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law. The platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 General Deposit Conditions

4.2 Deposit Processing

5. Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless special circumstances apply.
• The withdrawal process will not begin until KYC verification is complete.

• If unusual betting patterns are detected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus applies only once and to one account.
• Before wagering requirements are met, neither the deposit portion nor the bonus portion can be withdrawn separately — both remain combined in the balance.
• Bonus wagering may not apply to all games — check the game list stated in the specific promotion.
• Some bonus offers may have a time limit; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• ck44 log reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6.3 VIP Cashback

The ck44 log VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is given at each level, calculated based on that week's net losses. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless there are special circumstances such as a technical error or event cancellation. Odds are subject to change across all sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and football, and the odds set by ck44 log are final.

7.2 Event Cancellation and Rescheduling

If an event is cancelled, the stake for that event's bet will be refunded. If an event is rescheduled, ck44 log will decide whether the bet remains valid or is cancelled.

7.3 Game Errors

If a software or network error affects the outcome of a game, ck44 log reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the stake. Any impossibly large win displayed due to a technical error will be considered void.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck44 log:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using artificial strategies to exploit bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Taking advantage of promotions through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other users to fix outcomes.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 ck44 log's Authority

ck44 log reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.

9.2 User Rights

You may also request the closure of your account at any time. As part of responsible gaming, you may also use the self-exclusion or limit-setting features. If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, a withdrawal can be requested, but any bonus balance will be cancelled.

10. Limitation of Liability

ck44 log is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform, including issues caused by technical errors, internet disconnection, or third-party software.
